Why dont we learn??

why dont we learn from our mistakes? why doe we love to choose the wrong option from a million right ones again and again and again?

How many disasters do we need to live through before the head starts to rule over the heart? How many heartbreaks can a person survive..just how many? what do we label loving and losing the same person over and over again... is it pollyanna optimism, unending faith in god or just sheer masochism..

When do we know that enough is enough?
